Radical Unschooling Journey

I keep meaning to do more art projects. A while back a friend of mine had the most adorable little owl bag, with appliqué fabric layers, it as just adorable. I trued one, and it came out cute. It didn’t launder well, though. So I want to do it again, though. Only this time I’ll sew the edges flat. I think I want to do some vintage bird shapes. Not just owls. I can’t wait to get settled into a home where we can do art projects again. Next week I get to sign the kids up for gymnastics. I’m really annoyed about not moving. I’m not too annoyed, though, to be without cable TV. I’m really thinking I disagree with the RU philosophy that allows kids unlimited TV. I can’t however, completely decide until we’re unpacked and they actually have alternatives.
