Radical Unschooling Journey

Joe and Dayna Martin are planning a cruise for Unschoolers.  The cruise departs from the new Jersey area in October of 2009 and goes to the Bahamas.  The lineup of speakers is fantastic.  Dayna and Joe are fantastic, an absolute joy to be around.  They spoke at the Rethinking Education Conference in Dallas, Texas last month.  They’ll be speaking in Orlando, Florida this coming Spring.  I’m hoping they’ll be at the Life is Good conference, since I’m going but either way, they’re awesome.

The cruise itinerary is great, snorkeling on white sand beaches, and all of your meals are included for the price of the cruise.  I was comparing what it would cost for me to take my kids to Disneyworld for a week compared to this cruise, and the cruise was actually cheaper.
